In every life, we have some trouble but when you worry you make it double. “Don’t worry, be happy, don’t worry, be happy.” I start with these wonderful lines of the song that is embedded in my childhood, since I grew up with it.

What is the purpose of life? To achieve happiness? To be successful, or doing what gives us the sense of happiness? Sometimes, to achieve our goals, we start worrying about failure.

How can one achieve one’s goals with a mind full of worries? The most important thing is to keep our mind relaxed and happy. We should concentrate on our actions rather than reacting or overthinking about the result which is not even known at the point of time. A happy mind can give better results than a mind full of tension. In the journey to reach your destination either you will fail or win, but in both situations you will learn something new, so enjoy the journey.

There is a great difference between worry and concern. A worried person sees a problem whereas a concerned person solves a problem. Last but not the least, happiness is not determined by what is happening around you but rather what is happening inside you so “Don’t worry, be happy.”
